  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will confirm acceptance via email (order confirmation). If we cannot fulfill an order (e.g., out of stock), we will notify you and issue a refund if payment was made.
  • Orders are processed during business hours. Delivery timelines are estimates only (typically 1–5 working days islandwide).
Payment
  • We accept payments through PayHere, Sri Lanka’s secure payment gateway. Supported methods include credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), mobile wallets, and internet banking.
  • Full payment is required at checkout. We do not store sensitive payment details on our servers – all transactions are handled securely by PayHere.
  • By paying, you authorize us (via PayHere) to charge the total amount, including product cost, delivery charges (if applicable), and any taxes.
  • In case of failed transactions or disputes, contact our support or PayHere directly.
Delivery and Shipping
  • We deliver only within Sri Lanka (islandwide).
  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the provided address.
  • We are not liable for delays due to force majeure, courier issues, or incorrect address details provided by you.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Please refer to our separate Refund & Returns Policy  for full details. In summary:

  • Returns accepted within 7 days for eligible items.
  • Refunds exclude initial delivery charges unless due to our error.
  • Exchanges subject to availability.
  • Non-returnable items include final sale products.
Intellectual Property

All content on fline.lk (designs, logos, text, images, product photos) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without permission

Limitation of Liability
  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (e.g., loss of profits, data, or business interruption).
  • Products are sold “as is” except for defects covered under our returns policy.
Indemnification
